Turkey Spaghetti

3 pounds cooked turkey, cubed
1 green pepper, diced
1 can stew tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 can beanless chili
1 ½ quarts broth
1 small can mushrooms
1 pound American cheese grated
1 pound spaghetti

Simmer tomatoes, chili, onion, green pepper, mushrooms  and broth 30 minutes, making a sauce.   In another pot, cook spaghetti till almost done, drain well.   Place in sprayed roaster in this order:  1: pasta,    2: turkey, 3: sauce 4: cheese.  Bake 325 degrees for 2 hours.  Stir once in a while.  Makes a large batch.
